IP Resolver

What is IP Resolver?Copied!

IP Resolver allows you to search and resolve public IP addresses and CIDR blocks.

What Data is Retrieved?Copied!

When searching an IP, you will receive:

  • ASN (Autonomous System Number) – Identifies the organization managing the IP.

  • ISP (Internet Service Provider) – Displays the network operator.

  • Geolocation – Shows the approximate location of the IP. (approx. 30 miles radius)

1. Identifying Suspicious Connections

  • A FiveM admin detects an unknown IP connecting to the server.

  • Using IP Resolver, they check whether the IP belongs to a known VPN or proxy.

2. Monitoring Multiple IPs

  • A server detects multiple users with similar IP subnets.

  • Analyzing CIDR blocks helps determine if they are part of the same ISP or using a shared network.

If you have an Advanced Plan or higher, you can enable additional IP insights:

  • Navigate to Settings in the sidebar.

  • Click "Change Settings" under the Services section.

  • Toggle "Enable Additional Information" to display extended IP data in Lookup Client.
