Activate Your License

Once you have completed your purchase, follow these steps to activate your product and access your license. How to Activate Your License:

  1. Log in to your account using the same email address used for the purchase.

  2. Navigate to the Dashboard.

  3. In the left sidebar, locate and click on "Your Purchases & Licenses".

  4. Here, you will find a list of all purchases along with their respective license details.

There are two types of product licenses depending on whether the product is from a third-party provider or an in-house service:

1. Third-Party Products

  • If you purchased a third-party product, your license key or account credentials will be available directly in the dashboard.

  • You may need to copy and redeem the key on the third-party provider's platform.

  • Some third-party services require additional activation steps, such as linking to an external account—be sure to follow the instructions provided with your license.

2. Own-Service Products

  • If you purchased an own-service product, you will see a button to activate your service in your dashboard.

  • Click the activation button, and the system will automatically provision your service.

  • Once activated, you will receive any necessary access details, such as login credentials, API keys, or dashboard links.

To activate an service created by Pulse Services, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the "Your Purchases & Licenses" tab.

  2. Find your order.

  3. Click the "Activate Service" button.

  4. Wait for the activation process to complete.

  5. Once activated, your product will be available for use, and any relevant credentials will be displayed.

Important side note:

  • Once a product is activated, it cannot be refunded, as outlined in our Terms of Service.

  • If activation does not work, check your email for additional instructions or contact support for assistance.


Troubleshooting License ActivationCopied!

If you experience issues with license activation, consider the following:

  • Did you log in with the correct email?

    • Ensure that you are using the same email address associated with the purchase.

  • Is the order marked as "Complete"?

    • Licenses are only available once the order status is marked as Complete.

  • Is the license key not showing?

    • Refresh the page or try logging out and back in.

  • Is the activation button missing?

    • Some services may require manual processing. Contact support if the button does not appear within a reasonable time.
